Yogi Anant was born in a small village cradled in the Himalayas near the Holy river Ganga. When he was a little boy he had his first meditative experiences, some wonderful moments which transformed his life. Convinced that meditation is his natural state, he started spending more and more time in nature, mind silenced with his soul enjoying a blissful state- divine Ananda. From then onwards, he started doing everything in peace, in silence undisturbed by the distractions outside. His spiritual experiences deepened with time and when he was young he felt his mind going deeper and deeper into itself, into greater silence and serenity while in meditation. He strongly felt that human beings are much more than physical, vital and mental beings. Rather, they are spiritual beings, souls which are one with all- pulsating parts of One Brahman, evolving from state to a greater state and moving towards the complete realization of self-the one and only Self. Once this realization dawned on his young mind he received an inspiration to study spirituality in its deeps. He was then convinced that his mission is to help his fellow beings reach the real bliss of existence. Inspired by the yogis who had found themselves fully in the spiritually charged Himalayas, he got absorbed in the study of the ancient yoga techniques, meant to help human beings discover the inner peace and harmony lying beneath the physical, vital, mental sheaths. His passion is to learn new things about yoga and holistic health through reading books and attendance of seminars. However, his individual sadhana goes on in full swing along with his outer works. He states, ‘Yoga is in my blood.’ He believes that every moment of our life can be filled with the divine Bliss and the divine Love with peace and health ensured if we are resolved to go for self-discovery, living within and then living without from within.
After he finished Master degree, he felt that his dream could not be fulfilled by anything other than yoga-the union with God in body, life, and mind. He decided to leave the beaten tracks and became a yoga teacher.
He signed up with the Yoga University in Rishikesh and after years of study, his qualifications include:

He has also acquired a title in Kundalini yoga and Shivananda yoga.
Anant’s area of yogic expertise includes Traditional Patanjali Ashtanga yoga, Hatha yoga, yoga philosophy and meditation. His professional experiences include participation in Yoga Camp organized by Omkarananda Yoga Academy and Yoga Camp organized by Braham Yog Mandir Trust.
He is a Life Member of Akhil Bhartiya Prakritik Chikitsa Parishad, New Delhi. Besides, he is a Life Member of Uttaranchal Yog and Prakritik Chikitsa Samiti and Life Member of Bhrham Yog Mandir trust.

He arranged over 100 yoga workshops/yoga retreats in different places across India while continuing to teach yoga, his prime passion.
He then moved to Mumbai where he mostly worked as a personal yoga teacher for the ambitious and the affluent people who were feeling tired with the hurly burly of the big city lifestyle.
His goal is to awaken self-confidence in every individual. ‘It is extremely important to believe in and love oneself to progress in life, for the divine lives in us and we live in the divine. Loving oneself means loving God.’ he says.

Hailing from the historical Jaipur in Rajasthan, Yogi Anan once worked as a healer and motivator. Later, he came to Rishikesh and plunged into yoga. He has been practicing yoga for many years. He is now known as a spiritual leader and a healer in the Himalayas. He has a deep knowledge of yogic karmas and kriyas. He is a perfect teacher. His love and care endear him to all his students. He has also done an advanced Ayurveda course, MD Ayurveda in Rasa-Shastra & Bhaisajya Kalpana from Rishikul Ayurvedic College & Hospital, Haridwar, Uttarakhand, affiliated to HNB Shrinagar Garhwal University.
He has expertise in panchakarma / detoxification, rejuvenation treatment, Ayurvedic therapy, pulse diagnosis, identification of medicinal plants, Ayurvedic consultation, lectures on Ayurvedic philosophy, herbs & diets, pharmacy- manufacturing of medicine.
He has arranged Ayurveda retreats in different countries like Japan and Sri Lanka.

Karuna Devi is a qualified Ashtanga Yoga and Laughter Yoga teacher. Her true life journey began about 15 years ago when she was tormented by an inner unease which prompted her to look within herself to rid her of the restlessness. In the course of soul-churning, she stumbled upon yoga and that thoroughly transformed her life. She felt peace descending on her as her study of yoga began. Later, she learned the nuances of the yoga lifestyle from her teachers- Shree Paramhans Mahamandaleshvar and Swami Mahesvarananda. She is a founder of international system known as ‘Yoga in Daily Life’. Additional knowledge and skills of this realm she gained through her attendance of different seminars and through her practice of yoga under many renowned yoga teachers.
In course of her progressive and continuous practice of yoga, she discovered three fundamental facts that can help us build our life on a new foundation which also involves a rejection of the old habits and the old living pattern. These three fundamental facts are yoga as part of a daily routine, a balanced diet and laughing for 15 to 20 minutes every day.
She is invincibly convinced that if we continue to follow the three fundamentals daily positive aspects would begin to develop, not just in us but in the environment and the society we live in.

Yogini Pratima Tiwari hails from Rishikesh lauded as the world capital of yoga. She did her Post- Graduate Diploma in Yoga Science from Jairam Sanskrit Mahavidyalay. She is passionate about sharing the practice of yoga. She says she has many ideas to get into people’s hearts. Aside from being adept in yoga, she is a good dancer of Kathak and other Classical varieties. She speaks many languages like Marwari, Bhojpuri, English, and Hindi among others.
Yogini Pratima is a positive soul. She can see light even in the deepest darkness. She is a positive thinker per excellence. Besides, she has great leadership qualities. She manages classes very efficiently. The students adore her.
Yogi Vinayak Tiwari is from Rishikesh. Aside from being an efficient yoga teacher, he is a motivational speaker. He did his Post- Graduate Diploma in Yoga Science from the University of Patanjali. His commitment to his work is exemplary. He is of the view that a teacher can go a long way in effecting a difference in the educational field by his deep knowledge of yogic philosophy and yogic psychology. Yogi Vinayak has excellent knowledge of Power Yoga and Meditation. He is also a classical singer and he holds classes of bhakti bhajans. Yogini Nikita Kashyap was born in the loving lap of the Himalayas. She did 200- hours yoga teacher training course. She also did a Yoga Therapist course from Bhartiya Takniki Shodh Avam Vikas Sanstha in 2017. She participated in many yoga activities and won awards at many events like Rishikesh Open Yoga Asana Championship, Uttarakhand Yoga Culture Federation, Yoga Program by Thomso17 and International Yoga Festival. She has many years of experience as a yoga teacher to her credit. She is a mentor and a skilled Hatha and Ashtanga trainer.
Nikita Kashyap is loved for her politeness and humility. She has a positive attitude to work and she knows the art of leading a team and dealing sensitively with each of the students. She can work untiringly for many hours at a stretch. She considers her students as members of her family.
