Those who have completed the 200 hour teacher training course are eligible for the 300 hour course. This course is meant to take your learning to the next level and you would learn advanced yoga steps amidst a holistic environment. Yoga has the power of healing mind and body and it also helps one connect with the soul.

Yoga is fundamentally a Sanskrit expression which means a right balance of body, mind and soul. As per the viewpoint of yoga, a harmonious balance of the three elements is crucial for health. During the opening ceremony, you will receive a complete yoga set which includes a book, notebook, neti pot, rubber neti and a school shirt. This will allow you to register with Yoga Alliance and begin teaching yoga around the globe. Anant Yoga School will provide all yoga materials, including bolster bricks, belts, and yoga mats. However, you are welcome to bring your own yoga mat.

Cancellation policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.

Refund Policy

It is suggested that all students carefully consider the time and resources required for the course before applying for the teacher training course at Anant Yoga School.

The advance deposit that submitted for YTTC 100, 200, 300, 500 or any retreats and workshops is not refundable. In case of any emergencies, if the student can’t attend the course, Anant Yoga School can permit them to join another scheduled course within 12 months.
